1. Payment Methods
We accept only debit and credit cards for all purchases. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash or alternative payment methods online at this time. However for in-person pick ups, all forms of payments are accepted.
2. Order Processing
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Orders are processed as promptly as possible to ensure efficient delivery.
3. Shipping Policy
BC orders: under $ 90.00 / shipping rate $ 12.95 - over $ 90.00 / FREE shipping.
National orders: under $150.00 / shipping rate $ 24.95 - over $ 150.00 / FREE shipping.

4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. All items must remain in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
