At Crown Coffee Company, we are committed to providing efficient shipping for our customers.  Please review our shipping policy below for details on order requirements and eligibility.

General Return & Exchange Policy for Crown Coffee Company

1. Order Requirements

  • A large bag of coffee is priced over $90.00 and qualifies for free shipping within BC when purchased individually..

  • Small bag of coffee (340g). The minimum order is six bags.  Orders of fewer than six small bags cannot be placed, as this minimum ensures your order totals over $90 and qualifies for free shipping within BC.

2. Shipping Rates

For any orders that do not meet the above criteria, standard shipping rates will apply, and those orders will not be accepted. These rates will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and total order weight.
 

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed as promptly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
 

4. Shipping Methods

We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected during checkout.  
 

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at salesonline@crowncoffeeco.ca for a prompt resolution.
 

6. Return Policy

We accept returns for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase. All items must remain in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at salesonline@crowncoffeco.ca for instructions. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
