At Crown Coffee, we accept returns of unopened and unused wholesale coffee beans within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging, and clearance items are final sale. To initiate a return, contact our customer service at admin@crowncofffe.ca for a return authorization number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection, excluding original shipping fees. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 5 days for resolution.
